The organizer of the consumer promotion is JT International AG Dagmersellen (JTI).

All persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation are a smoker, vape- or nicotinconsumer, have registered their main residence in Switzerland, have previously registered on ploom.ch and thereby agreed to the general terms and conditions of use on ploom.ch and agree to the use of their name and image as well as their personal data for advertising and marketing purposes by JTI and its partners are eligible to participate.

The consumer promotion lasts from September 03, 2023 to December 31, 2023. Participation in the consumer promotion is no longer possible after this date.

JTI is running a consumer promotion at select retail outlets. Consumers can scan a QR code presented by the point of sale during the promotion period, which will redirect consumers to the registration website for Ploom. After successful and complete registration (registration of personal data, verification of e-mail address and subsequent presentation of the QR code for device registration), the consumer will receive 1 x Ploom Starter Kit, 1 x Tasting Pack of choice and 3 x additional packs of Camel tobacco sticks. Consumers may only make use of this promotion once in total.

These conditions of participation may be changed by JTI at any time. Decisive and authoritative for the legitimacy of a QR code is the corresponding entry in the database.

Participation in the consumer promotion does not give rise to any legal claim. The legal process is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into.

JTI reserves the right to exclude consumers from the consumer promotion if it turns out that consumers have registered with false data or have manipulated the consumer promotion in any other way. If it turns out that consumers try to create / have created several user accounts in the consumer promotion, the operators of the website reserve the right to exclude these participants from the consumer promotion - any benefits gained as a result will be null and void. Such cases may lead to the immediate deletion of the affected account as well as the exclusion of the user from using the Ploom website.

These Terms and Conditions of Participation shall be governed by Swiss substantive law and the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Lucerne, Switzerland.
