Terms and Conditions of Participation – IBIZATE PROMOTION

1. General

The organizer of this promotion is JT International AG Dagmersellen (JTI), Baselstrasse 65, 6252 Dagmersellen, Switzerland.

The promotion runs from 10.06.2026 to 29.06.2026. Participation after this date is not possible.

2. Eligibility

All users registered on www.ploom.ch who, at the time of participation, are smokers, vapers, or nicotine consumers, have reached the age of 18, and have their primary residence registered in Switzerland are eligible to participate.

Employees of JTI, affiliated agencies and promotion partners, as well as their life partners and family members living in the same household, are excluded from participation in the promotion.

3. Participation mechanism and prize draw

Participants are the users who have completed the challenge in the Ploom Scratch game or the Instant Raffle. 

To enter the Scratch game raffle, participants must complete the scratch-ticket game available at www.ploom.ch . In the Scratch game each ticket that reveals a winning outcome qualifies as one (1) entry into the raffle. Only winning tickets will be entered into the prize draw. 

Silver Ploom Gold members are granted one (1) scratch game ticket. Gold Ploom members are granted two (2) scratch game tickets. Black Ploom members are granted three (3) scratch games tickets. Silver, Gold and Black Ploom members can use their loyalty points to acquire additional scratch game tickets – two hundred (200) loyalty points equal to one (1) scratch game. Multiple participation increases the chances of winning. 

Winners of the Scratch game will be drawn at random from all participants after the end of the promotion. 

To enter the Instant Raffle, participants must open at least one (1) Instant Raffle reward by using ten (10) loyalty points. 

Winners of the Instant Raffle will be drawn immediately after the submission of the participation. Each prize draw entry corresponds to one ticket in the draw. Multiple entries can therefore increase the chances of winning.

A prize entry will only be generated in the database if all information required for the promotion has been provided, the contact details in the user profile have been updated/completed, and the prize confirmation has been completed.

4. Prizes

As part of the Scratch Game promotion, participants may win one of 4 main prizes. One main prize includes:

• 2 nights 5-star accommodation at Ushuaïa Hotel
• Airfare to and from Ibiza
• VIP access to nightclubs
• Exclusive access to Ploom parties and events

Approximate value CHF 8,000 for 2 persons

Each participant may win a maximum of one prize (for 2 persons). JTI reserves the right to add, remove, or replace prizes with other prizes of equivalent value.

By participating in the Scratch Game raffle, the user agrees, in the event of winning, to photo and film recordings being made during the unfolding of the main prize. JTI may use these recordings at its own discretion for its own social media channels as well as for commercial purposes. If no consent is given to photo and film recordings, JTI reserves the right to assign the prize to another winner selected again by random draw.

As part of the Instant raffle promotion, participants may win the following prizes: 

• 25x3 exclusive Ibizate front panels

Each participant may win a maximum of one prize (3 panels). JTI reserves the right to add, remove, or replace prizes with other prizes of equivalent value.

5. Winner notification

Winners of the promotion will be contacted in writing using the contact details stored in their user profile.

Prizes will be sent after the win to the contact details provided by the winner in their user profile. Delivery will be made either electronically or by post or courier. JTI assumes no liability for prizes not received in time or lost. JTI also assumes no liability in the event of theft or misuse after dispatch of the prizes.

6. Exclusion from the promotion

If it is determined that a participant has provided false information (within the scope of the promotion or otherwise), created multiple user accounts, or otherwise influenced the winning mechanism (technical manipulation), JTI reserves the right to exclude the participant from the promotion. Any prizes won will thereby become void. In addition, JTI reserves the right to delete the participant’s user account on the respective promotion website, as well as any other existing user accounts on other JTI websites, and to deny future access.

By participating in the Scratch game raffle promotion, the user agrees to be filmed in the event of winning. If the user does not consent to being filmed, JTI reserves the right to reassign the prize to another winner.

7. Responsibility and liability

No cash payment will be made. Legal recourse is excluded and no correspondence will be entered into.

Participation in the promotion and the use/redemption of any prize is at the participant’s own risk. JTI will not cover any costs or expenses that may arise in connection with this promotion. Any liability of JTI for losses or damages suffered by participants in connection with this promotion, irrespective of whether they occur during participation or upon redemption of a prize, is excluded.

8. Data protection

JTI processes the personal data provided by participants within the scope of this promotion in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The primary purpose of the data processing is to carry out this promotion. In addition, JTI may add the personal data provided during this promotion to the existing user profile and process it in accordance with the applicable terms of use of the respective website.

By participating in the Scratch game raffle promotion, the user agrees to be filmed in the event of winning. If the user does not consent to being filmed, JTI reserves the right to reassign the prize to another winner.

9. Modifications

JTI reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion and/or these terms and conditions of participation at any time without prior notice. JTI shall decide at its own discretion on any continuation of the promotion in a modified form.

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply to these terms and conditions of participation; the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
