The Ploom Club is a loyalty program, designed to reward its members in two distinct ways: Reward Program: You can earn points, which can be redeemed for discounts on sticks, accessories, and additional devices. Status Program: This is a status-based loyalty program where the points you collect over time determine your level. Each of the three levels unlocks a unique and personalized set of benefits. The more points you accumulate, the higher your level, and the better the benefits you receive.

In the Ploom Club, you can enjoy different benefits depending on your status level. From 0 to 5,999 points, you hold Silver Status. From 6,000 to 11,999 points, you reach Gold Status. And with 12,000 points or more, you achieve the highest status: Black.

Earn points by making online purchases of devices, accessories, and cartons of sticks. Your points not only count toward spending but also help you upgrade your status to Silver, Gold, or Black. Once you reach the required number of points, your status will be automatically upgraded. Visit the Ploom Club page for more details.

There is an annual review at the end of each calendar year. If you did not collect enough points by December 31 to maintain your current status, you will be notified and downgraded as of January 1st of the following calendar year.

Redeemable Points are valid for two years from the moment they were collected, while points for the Ploom Club status are valid for the calendar year they were collected in.

Regardless of your status level, you can purchase up to six cartons of tobacco sticks every 30 days at the special discounted price based on your Ploom Club status. Any additional packs or cartons purchased beyond this limit will be charged at the regular retail price (RSP) on ploom.ch.

With every order, you have two choices: either redeem previously collected points for a discount or collect new points. Please note, that you cannot earn and redeem points in the same order. You can use your points to get discounts on sticks, accessories, and additional devices. In the future, you'll also be able to use your points for exclusive activities and experiences.
