1. General

The organizer of this ticket raffle is JT International AG Dagmersellen (JTI), located at Baselstrasse 65, 6252 Dagmersellen, Switzerland.

The promotion runs from to . Participation after this date is not possible.

2. Eligibility

To participate in this promotion you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of participation: you must be at least 18 years old, you must be a smoker, vaper or nicotine consumer, Switzerland must be your primary residence, you must be registered on www.ploom.ch and you must be a Gold or Black member of Ploom Club.

Employees of JTI, affiliated agencies, and promotion partners, as well as their life partners and family members living in the same household, are excluded from participation.

3. Participation Mechanism and Prize

If you meet the conditions above, to enter the raffle you must complete the scratch game available at www.ploom.ch at least once before the promotion ends.

Gold Ploom members are granted one (1) scratch game ticket. Black Ploom members are granted three (3) scratch games tickets. Gold and Black Ploom members can use their loyalty points to acquire additional scratch games tickets – 50 loyalty points equal to one (1) scratch game. Multiple participation increases the chances of winning.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible participants after the promotion ends.
A prize entry in the database will only be generated if all required information has been provided, the contact details in the user profile have been updated/completed, and the prize confirmation has been completed.

4. Prizes

Participants in the raffle can win a maximum two (2) weekend 2025 Paleo tickets.

Paléo Festival Nyon is not a sponsor of this promotion.

JTI reserves the right to add, remove, or replace prizes with equivalent alternatives.

5. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted in writing using the contact details stored in their user profile.
Tickets will be sent no later than three weeks after the win to the contact details specified in the user profile. Delivery will be done either electronically or via postal/courier service. JTI assumes no liability for timely delivery or lost tickets. Additionally, JTI assumes no liability for theft or misuse after the tickets have been dispatched.

6. Exclusion from the Promotion

If a participant is found to have provided false information (within the promotion or otherwise), created multiple user accounts, or manipulated the winning mechanism (technical manipulation), JTI reserves the right to exclude the participant from the promotion. Any prizes won will be void. JTI also reserves the right to delete the participant's user account from the respective promotion website, as well as any other existing user accounts on other JTI websites, and to deny future access.

7. Responsibility and Liability

There is no cash payment. Legal recourse is excluded, and no correspondence will be conducted.

Participation in the promotion and the use/redemption of any prize is at the participant’s own risk. JTI will not cover any costs or expenses that may arise in connection with this promotion. JTI accepts no liability for any losses or damages suffered by participants in connection with this promotion, whether they occur during participation or upon redemption of a prize.

8. Data Protection

JTI processes participants' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The primary purpose of data processing is to execute this promotion. Additionally, JTI may add the provided data to the existing user profile and process it in accordance with the website's terms of use.

9. Modifications

JTI reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion and/or these terms at any time without prior notice. JTI will freely decide on any modified continuation of the promotion.

10. Applicable Law and Jurdisiction

Swiss law applies to these terms; the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
