I have inserted a stick but nothing is happening, what do I do?

If the device is not heating automatically, with vibration and a flashing LED, the auto start function may have missed detecting the new stick. This can either be because you may have inserted the stick too quickly, or not within 10 seconds of activating your device. Remove the stick and try again.
