When my trial ends, how can I return my Ploom device?

If you want to keep your Ploom AURA, you don't need to do anything else. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the payment method you selected when you placed your order, and your device is now yours.

Returning your Ploom AURA:

If you feel that Ploom isn't right for you after all, that's fine too. Use the return label and the enclosed return slip that you received when you received your Ploom Trial order to return your device and accessories. If you no longer have a return label, please contact us by phone at 0800 756 669 and we will send you a return label. Return your Ploom device to us at the end of the trial period and the remaining balance will not be charged.
