What happens at the end of my Ploom Trial?

A few days before the end of the trial period, you will receive an email from us.

You can:

Keep your Ploom AURA:

If you want to keep your Ploom AURA, you don't need to do anything else. The remaining amount will automatically be charged to the payment method you selected when you placed your order and your Ploom AURA is now yours.

Return your Ploom AURA:

If you decide that Ploom isn't right for you after all, that's fine too. Use the return label and the enclosed return slip that you received with your Ploom Trial order to return your trial device and accessories. If you no longer have a return label, call us on 0800 756 669 and we will send you a return label. Return your Ploom device to us at the end of the trial period and the remaining amount will not be charged.
