How does the Device Radar feature work and what are the limitations?
If you can't find your Ploom AURA device, the Device Radar feature helps you to easily track it down before it gets lost.
When location tracking is on, the Ploom app automatically records your device's last known location. If you leave your device behind, simply open the Ploom app to view its most recent location on the map.
Once you're within a 30-meter range and connected to the device, the Ploom app provides detailed distance feedback. The closer you get, the stronger the signal - indicated by an increasingly rapid wave animation.
Please note: Walls and other obstacles can weaken the signal and affect the radar’s accuracy.
