How does the lock and unlock feature work in the Ploom app?

The lock/unlock function let's you stay in complete control of your device — whether you're storing it safely or just taking a break between sessions.

When locked, your device cannot be heated or used until unlocked. The device will automatically re-lock 15 minutes after finishing a session, unlocking the device, or reconnecting to your phone (unless another session begins, or the device reconnects to your phone before then).

To lock or unlock your device, use the lock/unlock button in the Ploom app or manually enter the lock pattern directly on your device.
