There are a few different reasons why your Ploom X Advanced battery might not charge.
1. Your USB cable might not be connected properly. Double check that everything is plugged in correctly.
2. Your USB cable might be faulty. Try using a different USB cable and power socket. It's best to use the official Ploom X Advanced USB cable.
3. Reset your Ploom X Advanced. To do this, remove the front panel. If you're not sure how, watch our video.
