When my trial ends, how can I return my Ploom X Advanced?

A few days before the trial period ends, you will receive an email from us. You can:

  • Keep your Ploom X Advanced: If you want to keep your Ploom X Advanced, you don't need to do anything else. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the payment method you selected when you placed your order, and your Ploom X Advanced is now yours. 
  • Returning your Ploom X Advanced: If you feel that Ploom isn't right for you after all, that's fine too. Use the return label and the enclosed return slip that you received when you received your Ploom X Advanced to return your device and accessories. If you no longer have a return label, please contact us by phone at 0800 756 669 and we will send you a return label. Return your Ploom X Advanced to us at the end of the trial period and the remaining balance will not be charged.
